Made a quick and dirty group picture that includes the OE wing buttons on Masami's car and the ZD-107 ones that are on fleebay right now at that nice and cheap price. They indeed look a bit different in terms of diameter. My guess is that Masami received some production samples at that time (remember it's two years before the '93 WCS was out) which were slightly different that the ones later on distributed by Yokomo for the "masses".

Maybe these would work a bit better. Damn Yokomo parts!

But is the time spent on the lathe worth the return. Wheel adapters could be made as well, but again. Is the time spent worth it

Amazing the two wing kits are already gone
At those prices, I'm sure machining them is cost effective...
