Thank you, I got one and it worked like a charm! I even made a flat spot on the bit for a set screw, so I could mount it in an old AE tool handle that had a broken hex. Now I have a correct hinge pin reamer, no more hobby round files for me. 8)

Thank you again DHood as the #30 drill bit only cost a couple bucks verses the reamer at $30 to $80!

I got two sets of duplicates and am missing two parts. The steering isn't really a problem since these aren't the race steering parts but the lack of a right side steering upright is annoying.
i'm sure you'll have time to get it squared away before jake starts to ship the chassis kits out.

As Shapeways new pricing principles lean more on "space used" not "material used" we desided to do SLS version of stiffer race arms.
Also machined nylon arms will be available in near future.

Here is a Rear Hub part I would like to see for the car...

Have two holes for camber link like the GT #7367 (if you notice the old hub has a longer link, new hub has shorter link))
Have inside bearing support like #7364 and #7367 that uses unflanged bearings, bearing spacer, and shimming of axle.
Has the old square appearance of the original #6365.
0 degree toe-in.

Are the castor blocks at 0 degree to the hinge pin?

original 25 degree bulkhead gave 25 degree castor, 30 degree bulkhead will give 30 degrees castor?

Hi Mark,
I had thought of #6365 looking hub using bearing #6906 (3/16*3/8) inside, #7933 spacer and #7935 (.187*0.50*.196) outside. Like late B4. What do you think?
Two holes for camber link is a good idea. In a way both sides of original #6365 link hole as #6365 and #7364 are only ~1.0mm away from each other.

Yes, steering block carriers NIX91-007 and NIX91-008 have zero degree angle compared to hinge pins. Front bulkheads NIX91-022 and NIX91-027 make caster 25deg or 30deg.

Just looking at the hub real quick makes me think the larger #7935 bearing will interfere with the hinge pin hole, or at the least create a thin, weak spot.

That's true. I still think big bearing will fit in there. We will see. I'm going to make a model of it as soon as I have time.
Rear hub with big outer bearing and 2 link holes would be a nice upgrade part for a standard RC10 runner as well...

The B4 rear hub is offset more with a longer dog bone and deeper offset wheel, which allows room for that larger bearing.

The larger rear bearing is not a big deal as far as I'm concerned. The additional camber link positions would be nice. I would rather get the front/middle/back adjustment on the rear hub than the larger bearing.

Kinda disappointed AE's reproduction bulkhead didn't come with the second inside hole, but that can be easily drilled.

Although I do have an idea I'll PM you about.

I hope you all like what you see...
Complete parts set is gone now but you can now easily build a set that you want.
Race arms and optional rear arm mounts available now. I'm just ordering my own set :)

Could you put the right side steering carriers back up on Shapeways so I can order them? My order came with 2 lefts. I just want to order 2 rights to have complete sets.
