It's another Japanese option part for the RC10 buggy sold under the Yoke label.

We are looking at Traxxas shocks? I know that aluminum shock top bushings are for their plastic shocks and that plastic shock top bushings are for their aluminum shocks. Something to do with binding and/or abraiding of like on like. Based on this, I would say no those are not original to that application. However Traxxas used aluminum spacers between the inner tie rods and bulkheads (front and/or rear) on some rigs. I am only familiar with the Eagle, and TRX buggies though.

Maybe I'm way off though.

This helps?

Mark
Hope you're doin' something fun.

The spacers I am referring to are between the o-rings, just like in the pics in the rc10 manual

The page from the manual that involves the fitting of the bumper...
Image

Some "Members Rides", showing the bumper fitted..
http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=105803&id=626

The fact that there are quite a few cars on the TamiyaClub site that are missing them, may give you a hint that if it is surplus to your needs, then it "could" be worthwhile relisting it on eBay...

EDIT... Note... All of this information was taken from the TamiyaClub link provided..
