Hi, I'm Paul from the UK, I had one of these in 1985 when I was 15! I foolishly sold it and have been after one again for years. Well now I have finally got one from a well known auction site and am waiting for delivery, here are some pics, I hope you like it. This is a great site, I didn't know that these cars were still so popular!
Cheers...
Hi, Received the car today, in great shape, needs a clean but very straight and tidy, need to get yellow paint off the wheels also. Will post pics asap. By the way I only paid £86 UK pounds for it which I think is good as there are hardly any for sale over here.
Are you sure those wheels are painted? The 3 piece wheels were available in flourescent yellow, kit standard on the B2 sport kit (front and rear) and the 3 piece fronts were also in the World's Car kit.
Hi guys, well I have been busy and got another Gold tub, this time the one I really wanted, the first version with "A" stamped chassis and the narrow front end, hope you like the pics, it all seems in good order although I have just stripped the gearbox and regreased and replaced the bushes with bearings. The chap I got it from has stripped the shell ready for a good paint scheme. Also if you see in the pics original mags with article in, I like the bodyshell on the front cover.
I have also cleaned up the CE version as shown, what do you think? The CE version will prob be up for sale to cover costs on the other! Cheers...
looks like you got yourself a pretty nice original gold tub there. I would drop those non period correct blue bolts on the rear axles though. Maybe you could also upload the article on the '10 in the magazine you have there in the Scan section... I agree with you on the paint scheme, it looks really nice. Keep us posted

Spurs should be easily available. In the UK, the sport version of the MR4-BC came with the MX-4 spur mounted on a plastic moulded layshaft pulley.
The race version of the MR4-BC (called a Special and only identified on the box by a sticker, in true...
I just recived this in the mail - purchased it off of craigslist in L.A.
Needed the pan, shocks, and speed controler. There is what I am trying to upgrade, purchased it for $60.00 of craigslist before I knew anything about RC10's.
So if you've seen some of my posts you know that I know very little about this stuff. I'm rebuilding a Cadillac A-stamp I had as a kid which surely my dad built since I was about 6 years old.

My $0.02........
I have played with A LOT of servos, all over the price spectrum, and ranging extremes in speed and power.
At this time, my preferences for 1/10 2WD steering servos are the Savox 1251 and the HD8305TG from Atomik. The Savox is...

Nice car mate, the lower chassis is off a cat 2000ec, not from this cat 2000,
