Box O' Stuff

Post by R Cane »

I picked this up today, found it on Craig's. Some neat stuff, some NOS stuff, some beat up but interesting stuff. The best part is looking in there and seeing a couple things you want, buying it as is, then taking it home and unpacking it to see what other goodies you've gotten in the deal...Christmas in June. Sometimes Craig's is a pointless waste of time, and sometimes you find some useful stuff...
There was also a bunch (like 15 or more) unopened small oem parts bags, mostly Cadillac stuff, that I didn't take a picture of. Heck, the bag alone is pretty cool, and in great shape.

An A-stamp pan, and the Andy's has not a scratch on it, looks like it's never been used...

That's what I was thinking! Though I'm still learning all this vintage stuff, so there are a few things in there I'm not familiar with, but that's half the fun, figuring out what it is (then what you are going to do with it)...

Nice haul... I laughed at the frakenstein RC10/Blackfoot Sassy contraption.. Reminds me of when I would pull heads off action figures and swap them.. I looks like you may have a complete or at least most of the Sassy Chassis for the Frog/Blackfoot.. Nice stuff..

Yeah, you never know what you'll find in a package deal...sometimes it's a bit bizarre. Also in the bag was an RC10 tranny with arms and links attached, but the arms were backwards and upside down...friends don't let friends drink and assemble...
But the good part is, just disassemble it, and you have a pile of perfectly useable parts.

Love it. Reminds me of my snag a few years ago that included two Kyosho Optimas and two Custom Works Dominators. The whole haul came with a red Kyosho bag like that.

I could do that, but it would cost you a bunch for shipping, since you are so far away.

Well, that takes care of shipping, but those "handling" charges are a killer...that's where they get you...

So what Scr8p is actually saying is that he has some of those RARE arms, right?
