I lost count around 70ish 5-10 years ago, I've since sold some but aquired a lot more than I sold.
I was old school - when old school wasn't cool !

My wife says that the only people who are surprised by the number of cars they have is themselves. I believe she said this for my benefit. :)

I have no clue really. I show about 85 in my showroom but I have many more in boxes and on shelves waiting to be finished. Plus I have about 15 wrecks I've picked up from various flea markets that I don't claim because their going to get sold off. The best part is that I don't have to answer to anyone about how many I have.

The only things I have a complete list of is my stash of unbuilt static models, which currently stands at over 300

Might have to start a list of completed plastic models; I keep forgetting the exact makes of the 1/72 planes... :(

And maybe one for R/C, too.

if i go by limestang's "80% complete", i think i have like 4-5. but projects........ oh they are a plenty.

just going by chassis count (whether i have the parts to install on it or not), and in process, as well as pretty much done cars, i'm at like 52. 8 of them have not been started at all yet.

i'm holding steady in the low 30's right now....I should start whittling down to just a few examples, but they keep multiplying. I think though that the excitement has worn down, especially with lots of stuff occupying my funds and time(house projects, 1:1 autos, etc), plus I think I have all the ones I REALLY wanted.

I currently own five, if you count the Xmods buggy. Radio Shack sent it to me for free, and I put hobby grade electronics in it.
I also have:

A Pb-10
A short arm Rc10
A Rustler
A Hawk 2

And I have a few Xmods cars, but I'm not sure if those count.

And I plan to sell the Hawk 2 before I buy anything else.

What do you people do with your huge collections? I like having a small number of cars that all get used regularly.

I used to own a Slash 2wd- it was HCG and everything. Why is it that everyone has such a problem with the Slash, but no one seems to mind a Rustler?
. . . you have Associated Green Slime for brains. And not even new Green Slime, but old gooped out Green Slime.
