Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread
Ok. What is it? Duh... It's a resistor. But; can it be found in other places but hobbies. I'm trying to find one with no luck. But; i'm having no luck cause I don't know specs on it. Ohm's, watts, voltage, etc. Can anyone give me some help with this. If nothing else, tell me I can't find it anywhere but the R/C world. That will at lease help my search there. Thnx!

the wiper arm and cross-piece are very much kyosho-like. pegasus had something similar, but I don't know what model exactly.

99.99% sure the wood wheels are homemade but anyone recognize the tires?
from the box they came from I would guess late 70's early 80's and possibly tamiya.

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread
Kyosho on the left - The right one is rebadged by Multiplex and has the header # 779004 Mechanischer Fahrtregler.
Multiplex rebagded a lot of different brands, but no US based ones IIRC, mostly Italian and Japanese.
The only place I could find the exact same MSC mounted was in a German built Aeronaut Aerocar ED 12 Sport.
But I bet it´s also used in an AYK of some kind. I think I saw one in a Carrera too.
