The chassis piece in the second pic looks like a Traxxas "The Cat" or a Spirit electronics cover. The gear cover looks to me like one for an Astute or Nissan King Cab.Phin wrote:Some stuff I would appreciate ID help with.

Googled some images to check and looks like you made a positive ID on both. Thanks!RedScampi wrote:The chassis piece in the second pic looks like a Traxxas "The Cat" or a Spirit electronics cover. The bumper on the tree is original hpi rs4Phin wrote:Some stuff I would appreciate ID help with.
Backplate looks like it's from a OS .12/.15
The two gearbox housings look like the adapters to use a drill to start the engine. Look like they are fairly universal too
The arm looks like Aristocraft kangaroo series or possibly Marui ninja

Heh wasn't a big lot at all but, sheesh, did it have junk from all over. RS4 and Kangaroo parts, old and new Traxxas parts, Parma Panther, Cheetah Racing, Hot Trick, a few varieites of Tamiyas, Losi, Optima, obligatory RC10 parts, pan cars, nitros, and even one or two bits from a Vaterra Twin Hammer.
Thanks again for the IDs.

Not the same one (but that's a great find!) The red label is a Reedy Mod...with the Edinger address (I had/have one with a tealish green label in my stuff somewhere) with the same label, different color and timing sticker...somewhere...gomachv wrote:Is that the same as the Edinger modified I just won?

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread
Is this stamp associated with Delta? That is being claimed in an ebay auction that's running now.
The same markings were present on a car that was sold by Downeys Hobbies on ebay a few months ago. That car was claimed to be a very early Delta car, I did not recognize it as such.
Pictures of that car included.
Any ideas?

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread
And what's this? Home-made modification (bearings) to standard 05 Associated motor, and Reedy Modified decal added or genuine early Reedy? On the bay as we speak.
