Re: LOSI XXX-S HANDMADE CHASSIS
very nice work, should look pretty cool when it's done.

Re: LOSI XXX-S HANDMADE CHASSIS
Too cool!
I love seeing hand fabricated RC cars.
I just found out that buying a new XXXS Graphite chassis is now impossible.
Great.
It's still the only touring car Losi has,I wonder if they're going to do a new one soon?

Except for the Street Weapon (their first offering for the TC market), JRXS and JRXS Type R of course....FasterLouder wrote:It's still the only touring car Losi has,I wonder if they're going to do a new one soon?

Wonder if they'll do a touring car based on the 22-4?
That'd be interesting.

Very much doubt it, TC chassis' require their own one-off designs, like the JRXS. I'd be surprised if they ever did another touring car.FasterLouder wrote:Wonder if they'll do a touring car based on the 22-4?

Re: LOSI XXX-S HANDMADE CHASSIS
I dunno, look at the Street and Rally Weapons, imagine those cars updated like the 22-4 updated the XX4!
That would be too cool.
They were pretty successful touring cars.
I hope TLR do another touring car,it sucks having to run an Associated TC5,I'd much rather be running a TLR product.
If Losi doesn't do it,someone should do a home brewed version just for s#its and giggles.
Took me an age to find a new built Street Weapon, got one now, though.

Blasphemy!
I'll always choose AE over TL. The only time I go TL is:
-AE doesn't make an equivalent product (my Mini 8ight and 1/24 micro truggy)
-The price is too good to pass up (my MGB and XXX-4)
Having said that, in a TC, I'd give serious though to the Tamiya line before pulling the trigger on a TC6.1. Tamiya has a very successful presence in 1/10 on-road. My only touring car is a Nitro TC3 with a Picco .21, just a nastly little thing that's pretty much worthless on the track but lotsa fun in a wide open parking lot.
