Haha.. When I bought it I knew there were no tires in the kit but I wanted to get it up and looking good on the shelf.. It does look like orange peel in the picks but they are actually quite smooth when you see them in person. The guy who does my powder coating is trying to colour match the Edinger and Cadillac chassis gold colours currently. I got a few that new full restorations.
Yes its a bit 'greener' & shiney like the older AE towers, Fibrelyte don't stock it - I had to source it myself & send it to them.
