Anyone recognize this RC10?

Post by Vintagemishal »

It has decals from RCHR in Conneticut and One Stop Raceway in Southern California. Sucks about the pan, never seen one break like that? Broken in the same place on both sides.

That's an odd break for sure. Are you positive it's a break and not someone's hack job to get more steering throw? Maybe cut with a jigsaw or hacksaw on the top and then pulled down till it snapped? Just looks too much alike on both sides to be an accident to me.

You know, after looking at it closer, maybe it is cut? Definitely hacked for sure!

It would clean up real nice with a dremel and a good rotary file bit 8)

Looks like it had an mip 4x kit on it at one time.

Interesting. It does look cut and the servo held down by the zip tie can't be good for it.

You guys are amazing when it comes to this stuff. If every member of this board put down the ol rc10 for a couple of years, we would have a cure for cancer.

RCHR the "original" track was in Costa Mesa, I am sure that sticker is from the Costa Mesa track. I raced at both RCHR and One Stop in Cerritos, but I dont remember hardly any of the cars I raced against.
