Nice photo shop snoop, you just made my day with the last photo. I was just thinking that is not a Mirage SS on the original photo, but painting the windows like the last shot would look ok to me!

You think so? The proportions just don't look right to me!

the windows are spot on, if that's the main point of concern. compared that to one of jay's repros....

i personally don't like the looks of it on a short arm car with stock wheels/tires. used on cars more of it's era, long arms, 2.1/2.0 tires/wheels.....or even 2.2's, it looks much better.

So are the window frames of this limited SS body moulded in or have they merely been painted that way? I hope it's the latter as they look hideous situated so high up. What a way to ruin a sweet looking body.

yeah, it just looks funky on a shortarm car.

those bigger windows sexy it up significantly imo.

I hope they stay as true to the original look as much as possible. Looking forward to this possibility!!!
I'm not like them, but I can pretend...

I would agree except for the area above the motor plate looks very different. ;)

I do not know what the fuss is about the windows... They were like that back then too... Most just painted their own windows similar to how snoop did his photoshop renderings.

x2- almost every driver made their own window shape outside the borders of those windows BITD. It's crazy how different it looks with the window enlarged with different masking-

I don't like the sound of "limited edition" :? it's going to be in high demand so why limit production?
