Re: #6002
The RCPS-110 Mirage SS versions with the scoop were harder to come by but they were available. Cedric found one NIP for his Brian Kinwald 1993 IFMAR Replica and I have seen them for sale. I have always preferred the Mirage SS but both versions (SS and Turbo) are really great looking bodies and a vast improvement over the Viper body. The RCPS-110 was never released with a scoop to the public that I have seen, but Kinwald's 93 car has a Mirage SS (RCPS-110) with a scoop, at that race and in those pics

people stepping over other people and using shady tactics ruined that whole vibe of the scene for me...proffesso wrote:re-re's cheapen it. not the resale, who cares. its the hunt. its the bucket list type stuff. getting it finally.
if some of you like competing with jerks for toy car parts and it doesnt disgust you, i respect your patience. i however, just like putting toy cars together and admiring them.
that said, bring on the re-re's.

Hi, been a while since I've been on. I am happy with the rere. I have raced my original worlds at the vintage meet in Australia a couple of years back. Still awesome.
Would be very happy to have a new one , mmmm shiny.

Re: #6002
I used to own this Worlds car with either a mirage or turbo mirage body. I sold it on and primarily bought it for the paint job at the time before I was into the RC10.
The guy who built it ( Rich/Sleepercivic ) modeled it on the car he used to race. Wish I'd kept it now!
Do any of you guys own it now, how it went to a good home!can't remember if it sold on Tamiyaclub or eBay ?

Hope that Rich never ran it with the 5* caster blocks! Explains why he jumped to Losi!!Meakz1973 wrote:I used to own this Worlds car with either a mirage or turbo mirage body. I sold it on and primarily bought it for the paint job at the time before I was into the RC10.
