I finally got two pair of the new RC10 rear 2.2" wheels for 3/16" axles that I've had on back-order from Tower for months. Now it would be nice if I had the CVA's to go with those wheels.

I got me a "Staten Island Rocket"

Underneath the abuse appears to be a pretty decent foam core chassis, long tho. Also had the aluminum spacer, installed backwards as seems to be the norm lol. Has the yokomo rear wheel adapters and some apparently homemade rear tower. I have lots of new bits for this one, should be a speedy overhaul.....as soon as I have time

I'm not sure what he used but he probably the litespeed stuff from way back. I have use some rite dye, like Tangerine orange, royal blue etc..and it comes outs nice you can mix dye also to achieve certain colors.
