Here's a few pics from last nights progress, the shocks seem to be working okay now but I have no idea how or replace the uprights.

I may even take them to a local engineering firm and see if I can get them made. My dad is retired now but he was an engineer and could replicate all these things.....dam him for enjoying his old age!!!

Yes, I´d say it fits the purpose.

Nice progress on the project, shocks are looking much better now.

As for the uprights - the ones from the Ishipla Monster is just the same. I compared them to the ones on my Bobcat/Buffalo (Thanks to gomachv).

These are not rocket sience to remake if You have a drill, wise, 3mm and 2,5mm drill bits and a 3mm thread tap. 6mm alurods can be found a most home depots/hardware stores, at least in Denmark.

If You´re still stuck without rear suspension mounts (uprights) after a half year, give me a shout and I´ll get my wife´s 8 year old, to make You some

Well she´s certainly better than me at dancing and skipping rope :D

I find it hard to make a straight cut with a hacksaw, so after cutting, I mount my net power drill in the wise and install the cut-off bit in the chuck without scratching it too much. Then rev up the drill to a reasonable speed and use a flat file (not too coarse) at the end of the cut-off, trying as good as possible to keep it at 90 degrees when moving it slowly back and forth. This should give You a near perfect stand.

Don´t know if this makes any sense to You, I´d rather explain it in Danish
