I bought one of these while i lived in shanghai. Well not from marui: chinese clone. The box was the nicest part: the rest was the biggest c***.
Body was yellow, with green decals that didn't look like the box art and were badly printed, wheels and tires don't look anything like the real thing either.
Luckily it didn't cost more than a plastic cigarette lighter.

you can find a whole lot of these being manuf'ed in the 80's... easy to find the tamiya ones for ~$15 or so, esp the truck ones (vanessa, BF, CB, ...), on the Marui side it's a lot tougher, I have a ninja on one of my shelves. I had no idea someone had reduced the dogfighter, and it went for about $50 on the bay... wow...

Here's another example, done by kyosho themselves, so this one should run in contradiction to the chinese 870c clone which went like the duracell bunny on whisky for less than a minute.
The thing was screaming with lots of hick-ups: loud , not fast. Celss out and in the garbage with it.
