You know, I can actually see that happening every time you guys drive that road.
Guess why?.... Cause I do the same damn thing every time we pass by a few places in town. There is a half decent Chinese food place near me that is always busy. All you can eat for $15.
Every time we go by, I say "Holy $hit that parking lot is full", or "Would you look at that!!!!" and I point vigorously at it. She knows and the eyes roll and she says do you have to say that every time?!
Radio Controlled Car, Team Associated RC 8.2e - $1100 (Highlands Ranch)
I am selling my Team Associated RC 8.2e Radio Controlled Car, it has only been driven for a couple charges of the battery. It includes the Tekin RX8/T8 Speed Controller Motor Combo, Hitec HS-7950TH Steering Servo, Spektrum Receiver and a MaxAmps 6500mah Race Edition Lipo Battery. There is also a box of tires, 16 packages of 2, meaning there is 8 complete sets of tires included. The box and manual are also included. All-In there is $1500+ of stuff here, I am willing to let it go for the deal price of $1100. I also have a Spektrum DX3R transmitter I am willing to include for an additional $150.
You got that? The deal price of $1,100 without radio.

I think you'll find that whole 'skill level' thing comes from Traxxas..... they use it in their catalogues to show how experienced you should be, depending on model. For example, most of their 1`:16 stuff is level 1, the 1:10 Slash is 2, and things go up from there - some models have an increased skill level depending on gearing and battery type!
The normal level tops out at 5 for things like Revo 3.3s and the like, although the XO1 is rated by them at a whopping Level 10.
Hope this helps.

So, you stay up late and fall asleep, forgetting to bid on ebay and miss the killer deal. :?
You find a load of parts and just as the deal is about to go through the seller stops emailing. :x
You just cannot quite afford the price even though...

I dunno if that's a typo Terry, but I never put it on ebay, I was interested in buying it and asked for your guy's opinion. I got a valuation from you all (cheers :) )and struck up a deal with the seller which eventually didn't go through, can't...

So, as I am getting another YR-4 (this time an M2 US version) after many years and parts are hard to come by at times specific to the YR-4 chassis I had a few questions. I did race a YR-4 years ago in Germany with the Keil DTM cup / series but have...

Well there were a lot more variations of the YR-4, but the original is what stays closest to the buggy indeed. There even is a bugg version of the YR-4: called hotdog. It basically is a YR4 with with works 91 suspension arms and axles. Even the...
This is my first post on RC10talk. I found an RC10T online and am planning on turning it into a street truck. The chassis is in really good shape. All I really need to replace are some turnbuckles and other small bits and it will be ready to roll....

I finished the truck awhile ago but screwed up a new body. I ran it with an old body until Treehugger helped me better trim out a new lid - Thanks again!
I've added the RPM trans, CVDs, and the new body since last posting DSCN1745.jpg DSCN1857.jpg

The adjustable motor plate has issues- Stock, it uses flathead screws to mount flush. You can't slot those, or they only tighten in 2 small spots, so regular screws would be needed and the gear cover will not allow uise of these. The gear cover is...

I'm aware of the G10 and FR4 from Mcmaster and smallparts.com, but what do you guys think of this? From a skimboard website I found that texalium has a little more flex than full CF, but still stronger than FG. I like the color options...
