No, central New York. Average snowfall is about 120 inches, a heavy year around 200. We get all the lake effect snow from Lake Ontario. January is usually good for not going above freezing the entire month.

As much as I'd like one, if this pushes on much further, I don't need to buy ANOTHER car as soon as the weather turns bad and it sits on a shelf for 6 months.
Six months?? It snows that much in KY???
Posted as a gimme. I doubt it snows much at all in KY.

Upstate NY, ya. Been there and have done some ice fishing. As far as lake effect, look out. That can reach the east coast no problem. Should not be a problem, as we will all be inside building new kits.

Well, I've just cancelled my Tower order as the status changed from "mid october" to "on order"...crap.
I've ordered one in stock in a random uk shop...I hope to have it next week for my birthday (40).

Mine is still awaiting invoice. But I am happy to have the new rear a-arm mounts which eleminated all my slop. Now I just need to find some time to hit the track and see how they work.

Wait for Tower and pay $215, or get it locally and pay $270 after tax? And of course it's a slow morning at work so I have plenty of time to contemplate all this LOL

Recieved mine last night from Tower. I ordered it on the day of the announcement. Opened it up and inventoried the parts. Looks great. I wont post photos as it looks the same as all of yours :D

I had been already buying parts to finish up the 4 cars I am peicing together so I knew what was coming. Fun to have one that I wont need a random screw or have to look through my stack of stuff to assemble it with the least damaged item of the lot.

It was funny when I would call to check that my CC info was correct or whatever how folks would say things like.. "Dont cancel your order." I would always laugh and say.."Oh Heck no dont worry about that."

I wonder what the folks that spun each other up and started the mass.. "I cancelled my order toooo." in this thread are thinking now?

Guys, there are a bunch for sale on eBay for $250 shipped, if you really want one they're only a click away. Personally, I'm cheap, so I am going to wait for the initial hype to die down and try to pic one up for around $200 shipped.
