Due to the demand, we limited the quantities of these items to no more than 2 per customer." This plus all the other ones across the world make me think there are way more than 2000 units or like...

Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action - RC10 re-release?
I just ordered this set last night:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Deluxe-Full-Bearing-Kit-Vintage-Gold-Pan-RC10-RubberSealed-/300978936372
Looks like a good set. Avid R/C doesn't have all the bearings in stock right now, and they aren't rubber sealed. Boca Bearings has metal shield kits for $16, and Green Seals or Ultra Seals for $31 and $38, but none of the sets include the larger 3/8" x 5/8" outdrive bearings. Those are at least $7 each for the Green Seal bearings.
I think I'll leave out the unflanged 3/16" x 5/16" bearings and use some kind of spacer instead.

Manual and setup sheet in PDF:
http://www.teamassociated.com/cars_and_trucks/RC10_Classic/RC10_Classic_Kit/manuals_setups/
At this point I have read it so many times I could probably build the car without using the manual LOL

Dubro has parts for the sway bar. No sure on wire size . I think it was just 1/16 piano wire. The templet for bending the wire is in the old manual. Looks like the front arms are set up for the front sway bar . The rear set up you still have to drill the rear arms for the ball stud.

Finally, some new tires for the jellybean wheels!
. . . you have Associated Green Slime for brains. And not even new Green Slime, but old gooped out Green Slime.

The plan is to have the 'halsey' ad alloy jellybean covers & knockoffs JUST after my kit arrives, so I can verify everything. I can't WAIT!

Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action - RC10 re-release?
Does anyone know if the gold/green #6281 8-32 x 7/8 screws will be available once the kit is released? I've had to use these darn blue screws in a few of my builds and they just don't match.
