Body Request
Ok, so we all agree that finding certain bodies for the RC10 can be difficult and that the re-release of the Viper and Protech bodies by AE are a blessing. But part of what made these cars unique were the multitude of different looks you could get. Andys, Parma, Dahms, etc.
I sent a PM to Andy Moore or JConcepts and inquired about a possible Illuzions body for the vintage RC10. Perhaps combining the classic look with a sleek modern flair.
To Andy:
There are a large group of us who are fans of the vintage RC10s and 10Ts. Any chance you guys could look into producing a JConcepts Vintage RC10 and RC10T body? Its hard to locate bodies for these older cars, and it might be cool to see a little modern flair on a vintage car. Even the older Losi and Tamiya buggies would be cool.
I know there are a few people with vintage that are looking for replacement bodies. AE just re-released a couple of classic bodies, so you can reference the Viper and Protech bodies if needed.
The feedback I go was as follows:
Its hard to justify making a body for a car that hasnt been produced in so long. Even some vehicles that are still "current" part numbers can be slow sellers. If we get continual requests, or the need becomes overwhelming we may take a look at it. I would assume that you guys would be looking for the stock/copy of stock bodies?
SO, If you are interested, you might start firing off some requests to JConcepts and see what happens! Could be a nice alternative.

I think he is guarding everything with heavy military protection down in Alabama. I don't think dark of night is a weak enough hole in the armor.

If I had his collection, it would definitely be guarded by some kind of armed militia. And Alabama has more than a few of those to pick from.Eau Rouge wrote:Halgar wrote:Why buy what can be raided an pillaged by dark of night?scr8p wrote:find someone to buy mrlexan's house in michigan, and we'll have all kinds of different bodies.![]()

He's an idiot. Comes from upbringing. His parents are probably idiots too.
