hi guys
i use to race back in the late 80's till late 90's, the cars i used to drive where a heavly moded rc10 (x3), rc10T, rc10L, Yokamo YZ10.. i even tryed the Losi JRX2 for a little while as well as the Tamiya f1
to help with cost of it all i did airbrush painting for the guys around the track if i find the picts ill post them up.. some where wild
a couple weeks ago my brother was selling off some r/c stuff i gave him so i picked it up and dusted them off
one was a r/c 10 i built mid way through racing so it has some nice parts on it and a Losi JRX2 converted to the JrXT
ill be around looking for info and parts as i would like to take them out and see if they could keep up to the cars now
see ya around

Welcome! What's the deal with the receiver in the balloon? Was that for dust or waterproofing purposes? Or neither? I never raced (and still haven't ) but like reading about these old 'tricks'
