RC200 restoration
Well i don't have as many half done shots as i would like but the before and after tells the story. I bought this car from a board member here on RC10talk(thanks again!!) The bumper and radio tray are reproductions, the motor is a K&B 3.5 with a MCcoy headsink and a Thorp stinger muffler. The diff is a AMPS unit (British) Futaba FP-S16 servos Perry carb and High Johnson tank. The body and wing are factory Associated Ferrari 312PB. Enjoy!!!

Very neat, some of the stuff that went into these 1/8 scalers is really creative and way ahead of it's time-

Re: RC200 restoration
I found one about 3 years ago and maybe that's the one in Ryan's car as I sold him one and a bunch of early pre RC300 parts. Later about 1 1/2 years a go I lucked out and got 2 more and sold them both, one went overseas somewhere just don't remember where and the other is in the Golden Years of RC Museum. I think maybe the only thing cooler is the AE gear diff of which there are a few examples out there. Ryan has one or more and so does Romulus-10 so they're out there but I will probably never have one of those. Those instructions I sent Brian probably came from the last 2 I found.RC10resto wrote:AMPS
