Regarding the "pre-order":
Is there anything we must do differently than a normal
"back order" purchase through Tower Hobbies???
EDIT:
Oops, I should've posted this in the other thread about the Re-re...

Lots of people not happy with the full size buggy? I would understand this if AE told us they were building a replica, they never did. We got a link to a rear wing and assumed they were Tamiya producing an exact replica.gomachv wrote:Yes, if it is racing a series that is way cool! If it was to be a 1:1 replica it was a miserable failure. It's growing on me.
Of course I would have loved to have seen a 1:1 RC10 but hopefully they spent that money tooling up for a proper re-re.

It's not a "normal purchase" until they come in stock. You're not actually charged until they ship it.dldiaz wrote:Regarding the "pre-order":

When you pre-order or back order something, it just puts you on "the list" - so when the stock comes in they'll start emailing everybody waiting on one, giving you first dibs to make your actual purchase. They'll give you a few days, and then go onto the next person on the waiting list.
