Associated black A stamp?

Did Associated ever offer an A stamp chassis in black? If so would it have been factory drilled for stealth or not?

Yes there were some circulated, no not drilled for the stealth, except in the manual-

It's probably a pieced together truck, but you might find an A stamp equipped truck!

It isn't original to the truck. The original scratched chassis went on another truck of mine. I didn't know if the A stamp black was real or not but all signs point to it being legit.

Were there quite a few black A stamps or not many?

Doesn't seem to be a bunch...but just when I say that...100 will hit ebay

The "big" issue it with legitimacy of them, since with re-anodizing you can confederate one pretty easily-

im sure this was asked b4 but what rc10s had the black c stamped chassis? was it just rc10ts? did any buggys have a black c chassis? anything wrong with using a c chassis on a buggy? just wondering cause i have a nice c chassis i was going to make a...

I once picked up a frankenbuggy that had black 'C' stamp chassis and a cut CF front kickup plate...badly cut at that. Pulled the parts I wanted and resold the rest so I guess my answer is no help to you. :mrgreen:

I know there were companies later on that did different color parts for associated cars, but was there ever a factory black A stamp? As far as the timelines I have seen and my many years of knowledge there is no such animal from associated. :?:

will these work on the A stamp. I have the RPM rear arms and MIP cvd kit for the rc10 ( 1/4 axles).
