Re: RC-10T RPM chassis rebuilds
Does anyone know the part number for the two hooks that hold the battery plate down (shown on either side of the white chassis above).
Were those hooks ever even offered as a separate part number???

Re: RC-10T RPM chassis rebuilds
I have washed, dyed, dried, and blew out all of the water out of the holes on every piece of nylon on for this truck. Both the RPM parts and the stock RC-10T nylon. All since the last post -1.5 hours for dinner and setting up this update..
This is a pic of all the RPM parts for this build. This is a pic of all the other stock RC-10T nylon. Sorry, I don't know the battery hold down numbers.

Re: RC-10T RPM chassis rebuilds
I have finished up my RPM rebuild last night. I think it came out alright. All used parts. Only new things are the body clips and spur gear. I just got a C stamp in today with all the T2 arms on it. I plan on swaping the motor plate with this one as the one on the C stamp is almost perfect. I need to find a new pair of 3/16 rear rims. These are 3/16 but been drilled for 1/4. No big deal. Please note the battery holder clips are made of a different material. They did not dye to well. Maybe a more concentrated pan of dye, a higher rapid boil, and longer cook time might of reached the more desired result. My rear body mounts are from the chassis on a Traxxas Stampede where the battery strap mounts to. they are a great permanent fix.

Re: RC-10T RPM chassis rebuilds
I also have a question about the RPM ballends. These ones came with the chassis but they just don't seem to snap on like I remember. I remember them being a pain to even get on. Could they be a bigger size? I thought i had a set from a Losi and tried to use them with this same result.
