Re: My RC10 projects and pics!
I've seen for thread before, but glad it came back up front. You have a lot of great cars in here. I'm digging many of you paint jobs in particular, but the mechanicals too
You mention that your "old school conversion truck" hangs right in with the balckfoots? I had been wondering about that myself, whether rc10/Ultima/Jrx2 old truck conversions hung well (and still would

Re: My RC10 projects and pics!
Hi losi man, yup! Still hangin' in there. The black truck conversion is geared very low to closely match that of a blackfoot with a mabuchi 540. IMO, it's just as tough and handles better than the tamiyas. It's got maximum arm droop without binding and 40wt. oil all around. When I have a family get together rc "jamfest" there are blackfoots, a midnight pumpkin, kyosho big brute and my rc10mt. I have broken parts on it, but the opponents have suffered equally LOL! A front bumper is a must and I wish I had a rear motor guard and or rear bumper on it too. I have also run it with this tamiya/marui tire combo as well: 1/4" axles w/andy's adapter's in the rear and crp long axles for tamiya. I normally run it with 3/16" axles in back and standard axles in front with hpi star rims.
Old school racing all the way!
