Yes I do, I was at M&M last Sunday. I've been going there since 94 when I bought my Worlds car there. I'm going there or out to the place in Katy this weekend.

Cool. I haven't raced in a while, but I have raced at M&M many times. Haven't been to the new Place in Katy yet. How is the 4wd SC and 1/10 buggy action at M&M lately?
I need to get down to M&M to talk to Meir about getting some parts for my Rayborn Invencer.

Sunday was my first time on a track in 14 years. About a dozen people there when i went. Mostly 1/10 sc trucks and 1/8 buggies. One guy had an old grasshopper.

Everything but the 10T belonged to a friend.
He also bought the B4 buggy as soon a we got there. Its nice and light, but small.

I like the buggy body on there looks pretty cool. Would look nice with the old narrow front truck wheels

Re: Butchers New Truck
Lookin' good!
I put a 13.5T brushless in mine, and I thought it was TOO fast, so I can't even imagine yours! I've got a 17.5T on the way to calm it down...
I didn't even think that you could bleach the parts, maybe I'll do that with mine. everything is still pretty white, but it's a bit "off" from the RPM front A-arms I have.
Just try not to end up like the mini 8ight there nobody likes broken arms!
I can't wait to take mine to the track too! (I raced there pretty regularly last year) I might be going this weekend.
there's a guy who messes around with a vintage optima.
I've always wanted them to start a "vintage 2wd bring-whatcha'-got" class, that would be SO much fun!

Re: Butchers New Truck
I'll most likely be out there on Sunday. I'm looking for some skinny truck tires now for this and my buggy. That mini got a broken arm from a 3s Lipo and a heavy throttle finger by my friend. My 9 year old daughter ran it all day with no problems before he wrecked it.
The motor is a little too much to handle easily, but it was a cheap setup.

Re: Butchers New Truck
I got my Futaba fasst reciever in today and got it installed. Set up the 3pm radio and I ran a couple of packs thru the truggy. The transmitter is very nice and the response is smooth. The range is farther than i can see.

Re: Butchers New Truck
I was thinking I might make it down there this weekend, but it's not looking good right now. I am still going to try, since I can now legally go back into Harris county. Geez, they take unpaid traffic tickets from six years ago seriously around here.Butcher240SX wrote:Im planning on it. About noon or so.

Re: Butchers New Truck
Blew my diff rings Wednesday, heavily scored when i got the truck. Finally gave out. I also had a diff ball shatter. The ball probably went first and jammed the rings. So i wait for parts now. Full diff rebuild with B4 slipper assembly.
Painted thr body today.
