My old 4runner. I hated to sell it, but it got backed into by a semi and in addition to the damage, the motor started to go.
SR5 Turbo model too!
My other favorite car, my 85 Corolla AE86 Coupe. Lots of $$ invested. probably getting sold before too long. We're buying a bigger house and I just don't have the time for it.

Sorry to hear about the 4runner and even more sorry to hear about you getting rid of the Corolla. Those rims are sickMOmo wrote:My old 4runner. I hated to sell it, but it got backed into by a semi and in addition to the damage, the motor started to go.

the new ones are pretty cool man. you can get so much power out of them and the handling is awesome.flipwils11 wrote:Those are some great VW's, I would own a vintage one, the modern ones not so much although the R32 really made me consider purchasing one.
i'm really starting to miss my big turbo 01 beetle. that car was so bad arse.

Hey MOmo, I know sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do, but I think selling that car would be a tragedy!
This is my dd. 2006 RX-8 sport edition. No mods except for a custom flowmaster cat-back and a drop in K&N. 6 speed, torsen diff, no tcs or asm. She's just about to turn 59k, engine replaced under warranty at 56k.
I am building a custom wing for it right now, and soon she well get some minor body work and fresh paint.

I also have a few projects. 4 first gen RX-7's. An 83 GS, 83 GSL, and two 84 GSL-SE's. And an 99 Suzuki Bandit 1200s. They aren't really worth taking pictures of at this point.

I've just been given an offer I couldn't refuse. The founder of the CT4WD Association offered to sell me his front offroad bumper at the time I bought my Walker Evans shocks. No lights and no winch, but only $600. This bumper would be more than double that new with shipping. I've gotten the okay from the boss, but still not sure if I feel okay spending so much coin at once, esp since the front shocks were almost 1500

Here are some of my other favorite toys
sold the cb350 a couple of years back but it was a great bike and my first had it for 15 yrs, it was soo hard to sell but i couldn't justify keeping it and getting banged around
I am going to sell the cb750 and soon as i can bring myself to do it.... just don't have the time to ride anymore.
My racing kart has been my obsession for the past 3 years, the track i was running on is changing management so they didn't run this season, but should be running next year.

DHood, your VWs are very cool. The chassis photo is stunning! I love the Beetle with the roof off as it looks like an rc car!
