I'm a total VW pervert (hence all the VW r/c cars).RC104ever wrote:Any VW love?
Here's my mkv GTI daily driver. looks a little different now- Alpil front bumper, boser hood, different wheels, etc. I'll get a current pic up soon. Sponsor stickers were for SEMA.

And the only aircooled I have right now- barn fresh 57. In storage for now. Parked in the early 70's (where it picked up those stupid turn signals). Chop top in the back is gone now.

Here's my old 67 daily driver that I sold.

AWESOME!!! Love it - keep those old VW's running
I would kill for a 67 Beetle, its what my parents had as their first new car and I've been hooked ever since. We then also had a 73 Super Beetle and an 85 Westfalia.
Here's the Westy:

And since I work for VW Credit Canada - I get a new demo about once every 3-4 months. My current ride is this:

Those are some great VW's, I would own a vintage one, the modern ones not so much although the R32 really made me consider purchasing one.

Just bought these for my truck today. I had the guys from the Canada Toyota 4WD Association snap a photo for me so I had something to drool over before I can pick them up. I'll have Walker Evans Racing shocks front and back now

Hey now, I've been busy with a 10L and painting Rod's fleet of bodies. Just ordered those hubs Chris is making for my Wraith build too. Going to have some fun with my RC trucks when I reach the trail heads this year.
