So I picked up this RC10 Graphite that was modified for carpet racing and here is the front end. Anyone know who made aluminum front "short" A-arms?
Sorry for the bad picture it was more for reference when I go to put it all back together.

They made the shock tower too. I believe it was designed so that you could use it as a front or a rear tower.RC10Eh wrote:Hot Trick made the arms

Looks a little shorter but my Tamiya Sand Rover had one of these at the back, as a rear guard and pick-up handle. It poked through the fibreglass "spring" and was secured by two screws.gomachv wrote:This is killing me. I know what this goes to but for the life of me I can't remember.

I'm going to guess it's a GV or Model Engines... GV were known to use OS engines back in the day, and I have a truck very similar - see link here: http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=115738&sid=154
Would like to know what it is myself, actually.... may have to get the old D&Ts out, do it properly...

X2...the OS dropped in very nicely and those things actually handled the oval quite well with a decent set of tires for what they weregomachv wrote:Looks like a Duratrax Maximum ST....which could very well be based on that GV you speak of
