Can any one help me identify these wheels???

My B/S/T thread states:
black wheels with foam tires - I don't know if they are front or rear? there is no type of adapter or bolt pattern (as most rears would have)? and they don't appear to accept ball bearings (as w/ many front wheels)???

i'm sure i'm wrong, but it seems like they'd be for the rear of a tamiya buggy (grasshopper, hornet, etc.)

Ahh, I never thought of that - I know what you mean though, with the round "lugs" being the male partner to that big Tamiya wheel adapter.
((I was assuming those "lugs" were the front side of the wheels))

Anyone have any other thoughts???

The closest thing would be a hotshot or super sabre: the only ones with red shocks. But it is neither of those. So the only thing you thought you knew, well you don't :)
I looked up the kyosho shadow/aero streak and royal ripper: all 3 red shocks but also wrong... maybe Nikko?

Any idea who made these?

I thought they were You-G's, but now I'm not sure.

They appear to have been made for an external oil resevoir, have internal springs, and are pretty stiff.

I've had them for years..(never installed)..I think they were made for the front of a Tamiya Frog..

I think You-G and Parma were the only ones that made that style but am not positive. Also you use a piece of fuel tubing to connect them together if I'm not mistaken.

Trinity and Panda parts(varicom industries) also made these shocks for the front of a Frog, Subaru Brat. The ones you have I believe are made by Panda as they made gold ano parts. Trinity, You-G, and Parma were Blue.
