Re: Quality of Various Reproduction Bodies and Belt Covers
Just out of curiosity, where are you getting that the repop bodies are not holding up? The bluegroove for example are made of the same lexan that a few other major manufacturers use, and its plenty thick....so I'm a bit confused. The coyote repops he did for me are way better than the stock and have the same detail, however i cannot comment on any shrinkage

Thanks for that info. Is the ZX-S undertray unique or the same as a ZX-R undertray?Kyosho Fan2 wrote:Unsure, but you will need an undertray for the zxr and the repros that are currently being made do not last long at all, kamtec have not made that undertray yet, but do the tomcat shell and is very good, better than the original.
The zxs shell does look very good and will be better suited for your car. I use that shell on my zxs and zxr
I'm trying to have a different body on each of my builds if possible but it depends how many I build.
Anyhow I'm still waiting for fibrelyte to make my custom pieces, and some of the pieces I need to get anodised have been sent to them to get copied.
My first build will be the Turbo Optima Mid Special replica which I plan to start in a few weeks if the planets align
