LOL, it came with an old Futaba stick radio, 6 cell pack and charger. For the hell of it I flipped the switch on the radio.. and the light came on! So I plugged the battery in and the servo twitched! I'm digging for a bearing for the 6-gear right now as it had a blasted out top-shaft bearing and if I can find one (3/16 x 5/16 I think??), this thing is getting blasted around the front yard before it gets torn down for the hydrogen peroxide bath

Howdy,, new to Rc's. I just recently picked up an old RC 10 Gold Pan, I believe that's what its called. I was wondering about the hydrogen peroxide bath. Is that to brighten up the white plastic part's? Mine are kind of a dingy yellow color. I actually want to dye them but I think the color will come out better if I start with nice clean white parts. Could you please explain the process. Thanks!
