NIB Tamiya Xr311 Pricing?
i found a new in box tamiya xr311, tamiya's first off road vehicle, i am pretty positive its the year 2000 remake, and it had a $400 price tag on it, is that typical for this car when it was new? i really want one, and a NIB one would be REALLY nice, and i know they are discontinued for a number of years.. but $400 seemed really high
any ideas?

I watched these go through Epay a couple of months ago, if my memory serves me correctly they were fetching between 325 and 375 USD including shipment.

Re: NIB Tamiya Xr311 Pricing?
I bought one NIB in the LHS for 150 euro (guess you guys prefer converting from Euros rather than from yens).
Bought it for a friend and he was lucky to see it go in handluggage to europe too. I should probably tell him to sell it on e-bay as he hasn't opened the box yet.
They still have a NIB wild-one also, pricy and shipping from Japan... PM if anyone wants more info.

unless there has been a sudden surge in pricing, you could pick these up for around $150-$200 They are a neat car but the body is super fragile and the chassis very primitive. here is mine

Could do with a box though it mysteriously vanished between auction listing and end.
