Yeah, I was not to nice about it on the track forum either. The other downside is we will be back on slicks when the reopen as that clay will be soaked with 15,000+ gallons of water to rework it. Guys, if you want me to make someone else one now is a good time to get a plastic T4.1 chassis to me-

got my chassis all cut... but I ran into a problem...lol I don't have enough material to put it all back together. I altered my lines a little from yours, I used a TLR22 JConcepts body to get the layout of the chassis, which caused me run a little short on materials.

I'm going to see if a can find a junked chassis from a local racer or just cut a strip from the scraps.

Cut some of the flat chassis into strips and use it-

I'm going to get Jason from BMI to make me a top plate to mount my esc on. I might mount the RX under it, but not sure yet. Now to get my 22 body painted and to get a shorty pack.

unfortunately, I had to get rid of a lot of my stuff due to moving across the country and don't have any scraps laying around any more.

Here's another option for you guys thinking about doing this mod........

When we were at the track today I found out Jeremy gave our narrowed chassis to Zack Genova, since Zack runs for AE and wanted to test it. Zack made some adjustments and used straight pieces for the sides and adapted it for a JConcepts C4.1 body. It fits great and there's no worrying about the curves since the C4.1 is all straight lines. When asked his thoughts about the car so far Zack said it drives way better than the regular (or +8) B4/B4.1. Next time I'm at the track with Zack I'll take some pics.

Yeah, I'd like to see some pics. It wasnt all that hard to do, but finding a better way to do something is all ways good.

BTW... got mine all cut and shaped, now I just need to put in a few reinforcements and it will be good to go. I did most of the cutting and sanding at the track today, need less to say, it aroused a lot of attention.. I also ran my B4.1 with a shorty pack today, I really like it.
