Here is my Datsun Big Bear it looks like crap, the tires are all kinds of dry rotted, and the diff is blown. But I'm thinking about using the body on an upcoming scale truck project.

Lol,
That was taken at our old hobby shop, so yea, the background is a little deceiving. My workbench looks far worse.

Yup! Got the zip start and not much else. I see the body but none of the accessories to Mount it. I will hold out a while and see if any of the trees I need become Available.

I apologize if I've missed something, but I don't see the sticker you're referring to...and there's NOTHING from a Kyosho model from the 80's that was ever made in the USA...so color me confused!farmer wrote:whats that sticker from on the bottom

Oh, that sticker...well, I don't know where that sticker came from, but it's definitely not from Kyosho and doesn't belong there.
Instead of Goo-Gone, heat that sticker with a blow dryer until you can lift up one end with an X-Acto knife...most of the time, you can tease off the entire heated-up sticker in one piece with no adhesive left behind.

Re: Datsun's I'll show you mine if you show me your's
Is the first truck pictured the version that's based on the same chassis as the Minitz? Those were really cool. Body off shots look the same I think. I've got a stripped down NOS chassis but wish it was complete
I think I have a Cox Ferrari that shares the same chassis with the Bluebird. Never owned any Datsun R/Cs though other than a Big Bear (gone now), and a spare Fairlady body from ABC Hobby that I have laying around.
