Warrior's Rc10gt

Post by s10 warrior »

The one with the rims/tires i got for $40 , came with a body, the parts bin, and shock rebuild station. found it local, he was asking $35 .. i told him i would give him a few extra bucks , today i picked it up and gave him $40.
didnt really inspect it,i just looked at it real fast and gave him the money and left with it.

i guess it has an "a main " chassis, MIP cvd's,aluminum front bulk head. HPI C12 motor, has electronics.

my plan is to do a tear down and clean up.id like to get a bug body for it,put on the Stinger Exhaust set up from my parts truck.would like to up grade the control arms to RPM , also swap out the HPI motor for a OS pull start motor.. get all Futaba Electronics.

i am keeping my out for another parts lot or project GT so i can eventually get my parts truck running, so i have a pair of GT's.
i have a guy locally who is debating on trading me my Re Re Hornet for a pair of incomplete rc10gt's.. it would be super cool if that happened :!:

i was going to tear everything down tonight, but realized that i had no tools here! so now i must find a cheap tool kit :)

might be able to get better pictures tomorrow..

Let's see some close up pictures. You got a really good deal. I've been looking for a complete A-main conversion to a little bit now.

i ended up building my parts truck. i stripped the A Main conversion Gt down and never built it.. its too nice to run, and I think the Chassis is just too flimsy to be used as a basher.

so the A Main coversion is up for sale, once that sells ill be able to buy more parts. ive been watching Ebay for some stuff, got a lot picked out just waiting on buying it incase a better deal shows up :?

i painted the black tub, cleaned all the parts and put it back together.it has the Stinger Exhaust installed.
i just need electronics and a pull start and it will be running. theres just a lot of parts i would like to change out.
really dont like how the paint on the chassis came out , but its good enough for running around on. its only temporary until i get more parts or another beater GT.

will upload some pictures later on.
