The old one was as competative as anything else on the track, short and twitchy but very fast. This newer version is longer wheelbase and just feels more planted which should suit my driving style a bit better. But in the end it's the thumbs that will make the difference

I don't know where Scott gets all his lovely NIB Schumacher kits but I've got to agree, a C2Works NIB must be one of the rarest things out there. It's a great car that I'd love to have new in box.

In some ways I hate NIB kits as I'd love to make...

so I scored this on craigslist and it seems like the more I search the more I find this is the one that everybody wanted back in the day. It even came with the hottest engine O.S. had back then the .21RX-B nib and even has a really cool O.S. engine...

I picked this up on the bay for 250. I always wanted one so what the heck. Just recieveed news that layoffs are on the way . So I will will have time to build it. Michigan is becoming a tuff state to live in :( but Ill stick it out for the time...

yeh i know just doing a little complaining. my question is why did associated do the box art with the all sport car an not produce the decals?

They probably deemed the licensing fees to expensive and decided not to pursue it any longer.

I finally got around to complete the build that was started by the previous owner.
This is all that was assembled when I got the kit:

I realized after getting to the rear shock tower step that they used the wrong screws in...

I stopped in this little so called hobby shop last week and to my suprise I found a Pro-X new in the box. Its been sitting their for years. I dont know anything about it so fill me in please. I am not sure I am going to keep it? its dated 1993 on...

Interesting cut view of the tranny also: i notice the particular intermediate internal pinion to obtain the right gear ratio in the optimized space.
It really seems to be a nice car: visually, and tehcnically modern...
