RC10L Front Axles

Hey Guys...I'm trying to figure out whick threaded front axles I need to purchase for my 10L. I have the axle carriers, but all that I can find to buy are the newer inline axles. Does anyone have a part number for the smaller threaded axles?

On one of my runners it is a standard gold tub with original a-arms but I am running B4 wheels front and rear.

The front wheels are working just fine as is with the original axles, but am curious to know if the buggy would perform better with some...

Greetings,

I have a few aftermarket pan axles that do not have the seat for the spur gear. Is there some kind of spacer that should be used to center it on the axle? The OEM ones have the area where the spur seats in the center. All these axles use...

Bearing in the spur is unflanged. The axles bearings are flanged.

I meant to type “un” in front of flanged, 😉. God damd spell correct.

That's exactly what I was thinking. What about B4 wheels on the rear, do they need any widening or spacers?

You can use T4 caster blocks, in-line steering blocks, Kingpin, and axles. You have to ream the T4 caster blocks to make the hinge pin hole 1/8 so it will fit on the GT/T/T2 arms. You can just...

has anyone else had problems with the bearings sliding over the axles freely? the steel ones, not the aluminum ones. i have 8 pairs, nip, and i can't get a bearing started on one of them. it's freakin, rediculous. i mean, you shouldn't have to...

Simple solution to the axle problem. Put the axles in a drill, and then take some 400 or finer grit sandpaper and polish them up some.

Is the 10T front axles (stock on inline version) the same as the stock buggy's (6010) axles? Also, will the front 10T truck wheels be using flanged or normal bearings? New 10T runner project coming up...thanks guys!

Anyone know what size the wheel nuts are for JG axles.
they're bigger then the 5-40 nuts
(Pic is only for id. I have the axles but not the nuts)

Inline steering blocks will give the car an overall more positive steering. Steering entering and exiting the corners is increased. Trailing blocks makes the car more stable.
