Airworthy, it ain't. It looks like it takes all the guy's concentration just to keep it horizontal in the air. Cool project, though. You gotta give props to anyone who can fabricate that well.

I'm sure if he spent some time tuning the PID settings on his flight controller it would fly better. The shrouding of the props (compared to most other multicopters) wouldn't help though.

Actually, I think the fact that the majority of the weight, and therefore the center of gravity, is above the props instead of below is the biggest reason why it won't ever fly very well...and the lack of any kind of aerodynamics sure doesn't help.
