I have been running a wireless cam for ages, and check youtube for the guy with a Summit who fitted a moving driver and steering wheel, eyeline view, drives it miles from glasses virtual headset

Traxxas TQ 2.4ghz = 1 mile range more or less, and those cams and headsets are made for planes, so huge range, I just bought one of these, so we will see how it does.
