can anybody identify this body. it came with an edinger i bought on eBay. it has a kicked up wing thing on the back and fits the gold pan really snug. im planning on stripping the paint. i can see the brush strokes and i has that glittery kind of testors look to it.

Just received this today and I immediately noticed these dimples and they seemed to be at low spots in the body. I suspect these were formed by holes in the mold meant to vent air and allow the lexan to be pulled tightly to the mold.

Associated seems to be sending there older molds to jconcepts so maybe they will send these others as well.
Anybody tried it? Or is it too narrow in the nose area? I remember when the XXX first was reviewed in RCCA, they stated that the chassis shape was reminiscent of the original RC10, recently got to thinking whether it may be a good modern body to use.

Yea, that's what I was thinking. I researched the dimensions on the older bodies and the newer B4 bodies and the older ones are a little longer and a little wider. I personally think it will look a little cooler with a wider body 8)
