New Toy
New Toy
Got these in a trade recently, still trying to decide which to restore & which to run.. maybe run both? Hoping we have vintage racing in the area.
YZ-10 World Edition? How's parts availability?
thanks,
Mike

Oh! i see you have posted your pavidis here alright!
However, both can be a great runner, but for the yz parts i doubt its pretty hard to find, if there is? sure its very expensive.

Re: New Toy
Nice! Good to know that someone from this board got that. Before the owner posted it for sale, he sent me pics of it. I thought long and hard.... bike gear... or another piece in the laundry room shelf...
Great looking buggy! He mentioned racing it in the 2003 ROAR Nats, is that true?

Re: New Toy
Oh, was this posted on here? I'm not allowed in the buy/sell section yet so I wouldn't know.. Ironically these were traded for kites.. yes, it's true I have a kite hoarding problem as well as R/C cars, heh. Soon as I saw it I was interested, I remembered always wanting one back in the day and not being able to afford them.
He said the last time last he raced it was the 2003 4wd mod Nationals at the Tiltyard in Dayton VA, not sure if that's the same thing Bim.
These seem to be fairly rare/hard to find parts for from what I am reading so far, so maybe I'll clean up/restore this one (not like it needs much really) and run the XXX4 locally.
thanks,
Mike

Not sure what's left around here, I believe there are a few indoor tracks but I need to look more into it.
