The vid demonstrated it @ 63v for gold, I got a very light gold at 63 and no copper wiring as it turns black and stops flowing current. Really good gold came at 81v for about 25-30 sec.
Purple @45v, blue @ 63v and don't immerse the part side contact wire in the bath, just the part itself-
And, neg lead in the bath, positive lead on the part. Lastly, blue FT ones will become gold @ 81v

Boilermaker eh? Almost went there out of High School. I didn't attend IU, just went to alot of games as a kid and always a fan. I did however receive a PhD from the Academy of Hard Knocks.
Thanks for the info Reg as well as the different voltage for different results. I have a few loose springs that are the same length, but have a different coil count. Is one front and one rear? Trying to figure out what I have before buying a few more. Will the 1.75" front B4 springs work on the 1.02 truck front shocks? Seems like I was reading somewhere to cut a couple of coils off rear springs to use on the 1.02 fronts. Heck, I can't remember!
A few late nights, and finally got it together. Still need to tweak a few things and cut out the new body I have as well as a new wing. Did damage control on the previously used body and still looks good. Going to the track tonight to give it a whirl.
