Reedy lipo quality questions?

How are the reedy lipos? I am looking at getting a 4s 5500 60c or my truggy? And was just wondering the quality? I have never liked hard cased lipos i like soft lipos but i found this reedy and was wondering what they were like? Thanks dj

They are great quality, high price for a name- IMO the "C" rating is less on the Gen Ace but the perform as well.

Well the only thing i dont like about hard batteries is the fact that if the ballance plug breaks a wire inside it cant be charged again... Any problems with the ballance plug on the reedys? Ihave a venom hard pack and it sisnt last a couple weka and a wire broke inside...

Ok cool thanks! Considering its $100 cheaper than a thunder power i think i will try one

problem being that hobbypartz has been out of stock on these for awhile now...you guys got another place for checkin on this gensace battery?

the irony is that they get some of their lipos and motors from them.

Mine broke on the positive bullet connector inside the case. Venom replaced my battery with a new one. If it is under 1 year old I would contact them.

Dam i wish i would have known that lol i "took it apart" not so nicely so im aute its put of warentee now lol

There is a thread on rctech.net(search venom broke rctech) where someone opened the battery to try and fix it Venom joined the discussion and told them to send it back for replacement. If it is dead worth a try anyway.
