are you able to...... let's say...... scan a 1/24th model decal sheet and blow it up to 1/10th scale with this setup?

I love having a plotter also  Glad to hear you're have fun with it 8)

Scr8p, I think his just cuts.

There are other higher end machines, some of which will print then cut and then there's the even more expensive machines print, cut and laminate.
The machine here at work is a 54" wide Roland print and cut machine which was about 30k new I'm told and we use a stand alone cold laminator when we need to add lamination. Maybe someday we'll have a p/c/l machine here *sigh*

yeah, pretty much what Kevin Said, I'm limited, but can do simple two color logos, stuff of that nature. I'm doing some cool vintage racer replica decals for a member on here with a kyosho that I'm sure he'll post up when done.

if you want to send me a scan or anything else for that matter scr8p, send them to: [email protected]

i have an old nip bolink mcss aerocoupe body. i'd like to do it up as earnhardt's wrangler car (when the time comes). i have a 1/24th model kit with the decals, so i thought somehow the decal sheet could be scanned and the #3's and the wrangler jeans could be resized to 1/10th.

i'm pretty sure autographics actually made these decals, if i remember right......

Here's a body I did you guys haven't seen yet... a 12 McAllister Camaro, I dubbed it the Yenko Turbo Z
Candy red Pactra with everything else vinyl. I drew & cut the logo that you would typically see on the Yenko '81's, I think it came out good 8) Stuff like this just the tip of the iceburg of what you can do with a vinyl cutter either with paint masks, window tint or exterior vinyl applications.
