Water-cooled land vehicle?

When it's R/C related, but doesn't fit anyplace else.

Water-cooled land vehicle?

This is more just for conversation than practicality, but what do you think? With all the extra power available these days due to Lipo it would be fairly feasible to run a water pump. Either on nitro or electric vehicles. I think it's main application would be large/heavy vehicles or endurance applications. Thoughts?
