E-maxx electronics advice

Post by klavy69 »

Got a buddy who needs some advice. He is lookin to put a brushless system in his emaxx and asked me to give some advice. Problem is I Have no idea about the emaxx so I was hoping someone out here would have some first hand advice or at least an opinion I could pass along to him. We were lookin to go along the Hobbypartz way since he doesn't have the cash to go for a MambaMax combo. Its just a bash toy for him an his oldest son so we're trying to stay affordable and still set him up with some lipo batterys at the same time. Thanx in advance for anything anyone has to say :) .

Hi, its actually quite a heavy truck, I'd recommend a truck spec esc/motor combo, not sure on 'Hobbypartz' since I'm in the UK

HobbyPartz will have what you need. Just make sure the specs are close to the Mamba Max size and output.

Any combo they have that is rated for 8th scale will be more than enough. The ESC should have a higher amp rating as well.
