My vintage T-Maxx

Post by RC10th »

Here is my vintage T-maxx  The photo is vintage too, back when 3.5" floppy disk cameras existed. 10 years ago in 2004 according to picture information to be exact.

Only modifications are RPM skidplates and bumpers as I competed in a jumping contest with it. The jump was so big it pulled the throttle servo apart upon landing causing a slow speed run away, I could still steer it so I drove it around till I could grab it. This photo was taken some time after the comp and the truck sits exactly the same today.

Time for a woin tmaxx build with box art paint

Gotta give the tmaxx credit- it brought a huge number of people into rc. The flip side is that many of those people have no idea what they are doing.
It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas

Nah.... I think I'll do a stock restoration thread with this one instead of a WOIN, that's what the E-maxx is for

Gomachv - I think many of those people still have no idea what they are doing.
