Got these two a garage sale, any body now the model? are these good for brushless?

You have a LXT and a XXT. The LXT is the one with the grey transmission. That grey transmission is the retrofit XX transmision. It also has the hydra drive attached next to the spur gear. (the big black disc thing)

I wouldn't run the LXT with brushless because parts like front and rear arms are getting harder to find. At least run at tame speeds to prevent damage. But I wouldn't hesitate with the XXT. Arms for that are plentiful. Transmission parts for the XX style transmission are still not too hard to find. So on that the LXT and the XXT are equal.
